Republican Presidential Debate Liveblog #1

Governor Bobby Jindal establishes his ethos by identifying himself as the only republican presidential candidate that has actually cut government spending. He brings out the facts and addresses the logos by stating that he has cut his local governments budget by 26%. When he said this it didn't really seem to tie in to the current conversation, leading me to believe that the statement is probably something he came up with beforehand.
