O'Malley Interest Rate

O'Malley expresses his frustration with the interest rate on student loans. The interest rate on student loans is 7%- 8%. He feels that the government should not be charging 7%- 8% for student loans. To support this argument, he uses his daughter's situation as a reference. The tone of this argument made the audience realize that this is a very important matter. While stating this argument, you could hear the frustration and concern in his voice. This made his argument even more appealing to the audience.
