Senator Rand Paul attacks Rubio's tax plan by saying that it is not conservative. Rubio's plan was a trillion dollars plus another trillion expenditure to build the military. A tax plan that is not conservative tears down Rubio's ethos because Paul is attacking whether or not he is a Republican because he wants to do more liberally.
