Cruz and Pathos

Cruz uses pathos when talking about the banks and funding for larger banks. He talks about a women and how the government made it hard for her to maintain her small business through taxes. The women ends up suing the government and she wins. This story and appeal to pathos helps enforce his argument that he supports the little guys over the big guys.
