Ben Carson Places Himself Among the People

While discussing the banking issue, Ben Carson used ethos to mark himself as "one of the people". He explained what exactly is hurting the middle class and the poor, and as he did this, he used the term "we" instead of "they". This successfully makes the audience feel as though he is or their side.
