War Poem

War is perplexing
There is a fear of the war
Deep insider every boy here
Not shown until death rings
War is the dead blue sky
No life just space
Waiting to suck up all the boys
It is all ubelievable and real
Same time same place
The sounds carry forever
You hear everything through nothing
It comes in a mist
Constant
Eery
No one gets war
Only the boys who endure
Can understand
You can hear the stories but not feel the pain
The sorrow or suffering
Everything is intangible
A bullet in your best friend
The blood raining down like fat drops of dew
The clack of metal and bone
No one can escape war
No one will ever understand
