Kaine vs. Pence Debate

Pence tried to attack Clinton's statement calling half of Trump's supporters "a basket of deplorables." Then, Tim Kaine used ethos to defend Clinton saying that she apologized right away and admitted she shouldn't have said that. Right after Pence tried to attack Clinton's statements, Kaine reminded the audience that Donald Trump has called people "pigs" and "slobs," which shows his true character. Kaine keeps using ethos to remind the audience of all of Trump's offensive comments.
